Villa Ayana is a brand-new $22 million architectural estate on Normandy Shores — built in 2026, never lived in, and heading to market through a private-preview strategy before its official May 2026 launch. The listing agent needed media that could carry the full weight of that price point across digital channels before most buyers would ever set foot inside.

We planned a full-day production structured around the property's three strongest visual assets: the interior courtyard and architectural details, the waterfront and pool deck, and the aerial context of Normandy Shores. Each required different lighting conditions and a distinct approach.
