Solimar Surfside – Refined Waterfront Condo Redesign

This project required design storytelling rather than real estate marketing. The goal was to visually translate a sophisticated residential redesign into portfolio-level imagery while preserving the authenticity of the space.

• Maintaining the true warmth of wood, stone, and neutral finishes
• Capturing the architectural volume and open-plan layout

• Producing imagery aligned with a high-end interior design brand

• Interior photography using natural light only to preserve organic tones and atmosphere
• Compositions focused on clean architectural lines, symmetry, and spatial flow
• Wide frames to showcase volume, layout, and connection to the waterfront
• Detail shots emphasizing textures, millwork, cabinetry, and material transitions
• A soft, neutral color treatment to maintain a calm and refined mood
