How can I book ?

You can easily book online by clicking here. If you have any specific request, you can specify it in the booking form.  You get instant confirmation.

Do I need to be present during the photoshoot ?

It is always better to be present during the photoshoot, however if you can’t make it, don’t worry. Our photographers know their gigs and can easily make it without you being there. Just provide us the access to the property (lockbox or keys) and we will do our job.

What should I do before the photoshoot ?

We have prepared a guide to help you prepare the home before the photoshoot. You can get it here.

For condos and gated communities, it is always better to let the front desk know that we are coming. This saves us time and effort when we get to the property.

How does a photoshoot take place ?

We ask you to prepare the place for a photoshoot and the place should be decluttered and clean before we arrive. The photographer will share his vision with the agent or the homeowner and will help stage the place. A basic photoshoot usually last 1 hour or less. Luxury or complexed projects involving video tours, drone and virtual tours can take up to 4 hours.

When will I get my pictures ?

We usually shoot, edit and deliver the following business day. Pictures that requires extra editing might be delivered in 2 business days. Video Tours might take up to 3 business days.

What if I am not satisfied with the quality ?

We have photographed thousands of properties and help hundreds of Realtors to sell their listings faster and better. We always do our best to deliver the best quality content. However, sometimes, for some very specific reasons, you might not like our work. If this happens, we will work with you to re-edit the work our reshoot the property at no extra cost.

When do I pay ?

We will invoice you after editing your pictures. You can easily pay using a debit/credit card, PayPal, or check.
